You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

- The products must be in their original packaging;
- The products must not have been washed or worn;
- Promotional items cannot be refunded.

What are the return costs?
Returns are free in mainland France and overseas. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.


What are the reimbursement deadlines?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
